The Bridge #148
Six Years and Counting
Hello
& Welcome ! The Bridge is a newsletter connecting the professional and the personal creatively across cultures and a diversity of topics, until we are not only full of ideas but also ready to take action. Thanks for joining in the conversation.
Every year, we take a break in August, inspired not only by French tradition but also by Tricia Hersey’s Nap Ministry. It’s also a moment to look back and re-appreciate what’s already been said.

I did a lot of writing this year, but of things I published here on The Bridge, this essay — about a board game that won my heart and mind — is one of my favorites and one I want to feature again. It’s not a joke: I really do love this game.
Something Musical
If you want more music to listen to, this is a playlist with all the songs featured on The Bridge over these last years. Enjoy!
Vacation is always welcome, but it being different than our usual routines it can be a little disorienting as well, because of the changes.
But if we speak that truth and the other person hasn’t had that experience and so we come off as annoying, then should we have spoken the truth to begin with?

See you after the summer break!
